About the Course
Light sheet microscopy has emerged as an essential fluorescence microscopy tool for fast, non-damaging multidimensional data acquisition in live and fixed samples. The broad range of sample types that can be imaged, along with the large volume of data generated, presents a clear challenge in image processing and quantitative data extraction. The goal of this in-person workshop is to provide the necessary tools for working with multidimensional images obtained through light sheet microscopy.
Target Audience
This workshop is aimed at students at all levels, academics, principal investigators, lab leaders in biological sciences or related fields, microscopists, and core facility staff who wish to receive training in light sheet microscopy and multidimensional image analysis.
Registration & Workshop Fee
Registration for full attendance at this working shop is now closed.
You can still register to attend the lectures, either in person or online, by clicking here.
This workshop is completely free and includes transportation, lunch, and coffee service, funded by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
